Fees

Here is my fee structure and terms. I offer a free IT assessment for new clients.

Service Rate Quantised to
IT support/consultation £40 / hr £10 per 15 mins.
Day booking £225 / day Seven‑hour cap
Call‑out & travel £20 / hr £5 per 15 mins.

From 01 April 2026:

Service Rate Quantised to
IT support/consultation £44 / hr £11 per 15 mins.
Day booking £250 / day Seven‑hour cap
Call‑out & travel £24 / hr £5 per 15 mins.
Availability
10:00-18:00 weekdays, out‑of‑hours by agreement.
Hardware
All parts must be paid for upfront.
Missed appointments
First reschedule free, later no‑shows may be charged.
Invoicing & payment
Invoices dated last day of the month, net 14, BACS only.

Data security

A room of computer servers.

I will only collect information for which you give me permission.

Information is stored in a cloud-based system that’s secured both with a strong password and with multi-factor authentication. Additionally, the file containing your notes will be protected by an extra password to ensure maximum data security.

I am registered with the ICO as a data controller and hold a clean Enhanced DBS certificate, which is automatically re-checked annually. Details of both of these are available upon request.
